Triangular high ridge to avoid bacon drowning in oil. Each tray has a silicone mat that catches the grease that is removable for washing. While cooking the lid keeps all the splattered grease inside. Say goodbye grease spatter and mess. Bottom tray and cover can be used as serving platter.
